Darren's path to roofing started at a vocational school, where he trained in the building trades. From there he went to work for professional contractors based in Plainville, MA, learning how quality work gets done on real job sites.

His early career was spent framing condominiums in Sherborn and North Attleboro. Framing taught him how a home goes together from the ground up, including how the structure, sheathing, and exterior work together to keep water and weather out. That foundation still shapes the way we inspect and install roofs today.

When the recession of the 1990s slowed new construction, Darren adapted. He moved into vinyl siding and home additions, helping homeowners improve the houses they already had. Replacement windows came next, adding another exterior specialty to his skill set.

With years of framing, siding, additions, and window work behind him, Darren earned his Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and founded D'Vito Roofing over 20 years ago. He has called Stoughton home for 25 years, and we are proud to serve the same community where he lives and works.
